oh it sucks. I have to renew something online for my boss..... annnnnd the user name and password that I was given by the tech support doesn't work on my computer. So I logged in on my bosses computer and changed the password thinking that I would be able to sign in on my computer then... no such luck. So then I go back to my bosses computer to log in there and do what I need to do and it doesn't work there either now. errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggh!!! I'm frustrated...
